What are some drugs that can knock you unconscious quickly, but don't require a needle?
So, yeah. What are some drugs that you can swallow and have them knock you out in a few minutes? Not drugs that will knock you out when you overdose, and no alcohol. Just like, a glass of it or a pill.
It would be REALLY useful is the drug was some type of herbal thing that you can grow and make it into a drug.
And in case anyone was wondering, this is for a story. I don't want them. ^.^U

There's a reason we use needles - it's one of the quick ways to get drugs into people. Inhalation is another.
Pretty much anything taken orally takes a good 15-20 minutes to work. It has to be absorbed in the GI tract, get into the blood stream, get from there into the brain and then have its effect. Any orally administered drug will be affected by stomach contents, stomach acidity and other factors.
