my question about knitting tubular FABRICS:?

What is meant by BAMBOO knit fabrics.? Is it a type of knitting like single jersey,interlock,rib etc....? Or what is it actually.? Is it made from bamboo fibers...?

do you know the mm of these crochet hooks?

I found two JMRA crochet hooks.  They are size 9 and 10.  They are used for thread crochet.  And made in Germany.  Do you by chance know what they are in mm?
